If you wish to cancel an order we will require 24 hours notice.

REFUNDS
We always ensure to deliver the freshest flowers to your door with the highest standard of service. If you are not happy with your purchased product, keep the flowers for us to see and contact us to discuss a refund or replacement.
To exchange produce or receive a refund we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery.
